About

Integrated Response Solutions organizes, develops and delivers unified response models to the public safety, private and education sectors to safeguard our communities from complex and growing violence.

We accomplish this by planning, preparing, executing and assessing the actions necessary to mitigate dynamic and emerging threats to public safety.

Our team members have a wealth of experience ranging from patrol and specialty unit operations at the tactical level up to the strategic and executive levels.

What We Do:

After several years of developing a response model for critical incidents on behalf of our public safety agencies, we saw a gap – and it was a big one.

We didn’t have a plan to manage all the resources that would arrive to assist with a critical incident.

In order to fill this gap we devised a simple and effective system that organizes resources under group supervisors allowing the Incident Commander the freedom to get ahead of the crisis, not react to it.

This system, founded in NIMS/ICS doctrine, is compatible with active shooter/active assailant tactics already in use.

The system is modular, scalable, and adaptable to handle a variety of critical or high threat incidents that public safety officers may encounter.

Our focus is in developing response models for critical incidents that are simple, sound and safe – easily instructed to public safety agencies and the private or education sectors. This enables public safety and the private or education sectors to respond to incidents with a unity of effort never seen before.

Is not just preparedness, its preparedness evolved.

Who We Are:

Integrated Response Solutions is a team of public safety professionals with a wide range of experience from general law enforcement and fire/EMS operations to tactical/SWAT, HAZMAT, and technical rescue.

We have years of experience developing critical and high threat incident response models for our own agencies and the operational background to provide best practices and sound guidance.

We aren’t just public safety officers, we’re fathers, husbands and sons. This makes us passionate in our endeavor to deliver best practices and solutions to critical incidents that make our families and communities safer.
