Public Safety Sector
Public Safety agencies are tasked with preparing for a wide array of incidents. The need to synchronize and collaborate efforts during large scale, hostile events is a challenge for many departments.
Our adaptive, flexible and robust system provides a modular and scalable system that can expand with any incident.
Our response model is founded using National Incident Management System and Incident Command System doctrine but customized to the assets and resources routinely deployed by municipalities at the local level.
This framework can be easily adapted to any public safety agency based on their available resources and the incident scope and scale.
High Threat Response Model Overview:
This is a one day, 8 hour course that provides detailed information on the High Threat Response Model – a simple and adaptable model that is able to effectively manage the numerous resources that would respond to a critical or high threat incident. This response model operates on fundamental principles which apply to all agencies and the model can be tailored to your specific resources available.
This instruction is provided in a classroom and workshop environment which involved progressive blocks of classroom instruction followed by two exercises to familiarize participants with the principles of the response model.
Response Model Assessment:
Law enforcement agencies and fire/EMS departments are faced with expanding organizational missions. Dynamic, high threat incidents such as active assailant incidents or other complex coordinated attacks require increased coordination, interoperability, and cooperation amongst multiple public safety resources to effectively mitigate the situation.
We’ll review your policies and procedures and provided recommendations based upon national best practices and scale them to your agencies available resources. Output is a written recommended plan of action based in NIMS/ICS doctrine.
Trauma Management for Public Safety:
Founded in the principles of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), this one-day, 8 hour course teaches public safety professionals the skills necessary to effectively manage traumatic injuries using non-invasive techniques. This course is unique because it recommends streamlined equipment which aids, not hinders, public safety professionals during critical and high threat incidents.
